For support requests, include the app name, app version, device model, iOS or watchOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Purchase restore

If a lifetime unlock does not appear, open the app settings, tap Restore Purchase, and confirm you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.

If you receive an App Store offer code, redeem it from the app settings where available, or redeem it directly in the App Store with the Apple ID you want to keep the unlock on.

Location data

If local lunar, solar, or tidal information looks wrong, check the app location mode and refresh device location from Settings. Approximate location may reduce local timing precision.
